The above weekly fees are to be paid in advance of attendance. Payment is due by Friday before your child attends the following week. Payment is due regardless of attendance.
2 Year through 4 Year Preschool
Two weeks holiday/sick/vacation days (credit days), per your child’s schedule, are available 90 days after your child’s enrollment date and then again on each anniversary date. Please refer to the appropriate policy for exceptions.
Kindergarten and School Age
Weekly fees are due regardless of attendance, with the exception of Fall, Christmas, and Spring Breaks. For an additional $10 per day in attendance, we will provide care for registered students during school holidays, teacher in-service, inclement weather days, etc., provided we have a minimum of 10 students signed up for each holiday. For week long school holidays, registered students will forego the weekly fee and be charged $35 per day in attendance. Students registered for Holiday Care only will be charged $40 per day in attendance. We follow the Collierville school schedule.
Calendar
The Center will be closed on the following:
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- CLC teacher in-service days
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after
- Two days at Christmas
Weeks containing holidays are not prorated.
Inclement Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, we will send a "call-em-all" to notify you if we decide to close. Also, check our Facebook for updates!
Additional Information
- Late pick-ups are charged $2.00 for every minute past 6:00 p.m. Parents who are late more than 3 times in a 3-month period may be asked to find alternate care for their child.
- There will be a $30.00 service charge for any returned check. After the second returned check, the Center will no longer accept a personal check.
- We require a two-week written notice prior to withdrawing your child from Central Learning Center Preschool. You will be billed for these two weeks regardless of attendance.
