Ages of children in our care.
1970 | Care for 2-6 year olds was offered on a “drop-in” basis year round.
1976 | Care for 2-4 year olds required enrollment for specific days instead of on a “drop-in” basis.
1978 | School age care, now known as day camp was offered in the summer for the first time. Limited care was also offered for school age children during the school year.
1980 | Summer Day Camp for school age children offered 10 weeks of care.
1983 | School age care expanded to before and/or after school care. Transportation was
p
rovided to and from area public schools.
1984 | Care was offered for the first time for infants and toddlers.
Present | Year-round care is offered for children ages 2-5, School age care (kindergarten- 5th grade) for before and/or after school is offered during the school year, School age children who have completed senior kindergarten through 5th grade may also enroll in our Day Camp during the summer months.
