Enrollment Process

 

  • The first step to enrolling your child in our program is to take a tour!  To schedule a tour, click here.

Requirements

Before a child can start in our program, we must have the following: 
  • Completed application 
  • A signed statement of our policies 
  • A form signed stating that parent/guardian has received the summary of approval requirements from the Tennessee Department of Education 
  • A health history form completed by parent/guardian 
  • A up-to-date Official Immunization Certificate completed and signed by a physician or health care provider 
  • A copy of birth certificate
  • Registration fee 
  • Activity fee 
  • The first week's fee

 

Preschool Waiting List

If we do not have any current openings for the age and schedule you request for the current school year, your child can be added to our waiting list.  There is no fee to be added to our waiting list.  You must come to Central Learning Center and fill out a waiting list form in person.  Our waiting list is only available for the current school year and does not carry over to new school years.  We will notify you with a phone call and/or email when the position you have requested is available.
